How do I schedule an appointment, and what should I bring with me?

You can schedule an appointment by calling our office or using our online booking system. When you come in, please bring the following:

  • A valid photo ID
  • Your insurance card (if applicable)
  • A list of current medications
  • Any prior medical records or test results, if available
  • New patients may also be asked to complete forms ahead of time—these can be submitted online or filled out in the office.

When should I see an OB/GYN if I’m trying to get pregnant?

If you’re planning to conceive, a preconception visit is a great first step. We’ll review your health, discuss ovulation tracking, lifestyle adjustments, and recommend any necessary screenings or prenatal vitamins to optimize fertility and a healthy pregnancy.

What symptoms should I not ignore and schedule a visit for?

You should see your OB/GYN if you experience any of the following:

  • Irregular, heavy, or painful periods
  • Pelvic pain or pressure
  • Unusual vaginal discharge or odor
  • Bleeding between periods or after sex
  • Missed periods (if not pregnant)
  • Symptoms of menopause impacting daily life

Do you accept insurance, and how can I find out if I’m covered?

Yes, we accept most major commercial insurance plans. To confirm your coverage, you can call our office or check directly with your insurance provider. Please bring your insurance card and photo ID to your appointment. We’re happy to help you understand your benefits and any expected out-of-pocket costs.
