Twenty-five years treating patients. Fifteen of them teaching the doctors who treat them.
Dr. David Seil Kim practiced at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for fifteen years, eight of them leading its OB-GYN residency program. Since 2016 he has served as an oral examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology — one of the physicians who decides whether a new obstetrician-gynecologist is certified.
He has been named a Los Angeles Magazine Top Doctor every year from 2020 through 2024 and again in 2026, a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in 2025, and has received the CREOG National Faculty Award, the APGO Excellence in Teaching Award, and the CMA Foundation's Robert D. Sparks Leadership Achievement Award.
